A True One-of-One Retail and Hospitality Experience.
THEMADIK fully developed a multi-dimensional golf destination from financial strategy to architectural and program design. The experience flowed seamlessly across levels and purposes. The second-tier VIP areas delivered commanding views of both golf activations and main stage performances, eliminating traditional boundaries between sport, hospitality, and
entertainment.
This living environment united product engagement, onsite retail, exclusive hospitality, and distinctive entertainment under one cohesive architectural vision which transpired over 10 weeks, including a :60 immersive animation that transports the viewer into an 3D world the concept.
The design is a singular experiential ecosystem where every element reinforced the others—creating a momentary world where guests moved fluidly between roles as participants, spectators, and celebrants.
